Pennine Panorama…………a winters tale

There are times during the winter months that I wonder why I ever moved to West Yorkshire with its propensity for wet weather and grey, dank and gloomy days which can invoke feelings of depression.

Then along comes the snow, so I wander 10 minutes from my home into the hills and gaze out across the Pennines and the West Yorkshire panorama that unfolds before me and realise that this is why I live here,

All photographs featured below were taken by me this morning on a circular walk over Bolster Moor which gives stunning views across the county (I would also recommend a visit to Bolster Moor Farm Shop which does an excellent “full English” at a very competitive price!).
