You are never too old to “rock”

DSC_0009

I came across these two miscreants a little while ago when they were performing a charity gig in support of the McMillan Nursing charity in Burnley (yes, that hot bed of rock and roll!). Both have been performers on and off since the 1960s and played with a number of major British and American artists. Their repertoire is wide and varied from songs made popular in the 30s and 40s through to stuff by Bob Dylan and other contemporary performers (although I do believe they avoid any “death thrash metal” stuff).

Now performing as a duo under the name of “Two Shades of Grey” (very topical at the moment) they do a variety of charity events so if you are in North East Lancashire keep an eye open for them.
